As a proudly women-owned and LGBT-owned company, we are committed to empowering one another and fostering an environment where differences are not only embraced but celebrated. FOH® is dedicated to creating opportunities and honoring the recognition of women in our industry. FOH® is committed to implementing environmentally conscious practices in our daily operations. From our innovative and eco-friendly product collections to our dedication to using sustainable materials in our office, we strive to contribute to the long-term health of our environment. We manufacture many of our products from renewable sources and use PREGIS® special water-blue eco-friendly packaging for our shipments. This sustainable bubble wrap is 100% curbside recyclable, meaning it can be placed directly in recycling bins for collection, without the need for separation at a facility. This significantly reduces our transportation-related waste.
Long Term Goals
What are your company’s long-term goals related to Diversity and Sustainability?
Diversity – Our long-term diversity goals focus on integrating inclusivity into all areas of our business, from supplier partnerships to workplace culture. We aim to create opportunities for underrepresented groups, collaborate with other diverse companies, and contribute to our communities. We are committed to pay equity, regularly reviewing pay rates, and implementing a comprehensive DEIB strategy that includes training and internal advancement. Additionally, we seek to increase the representation of diverse candidates in our recruitment efforts.
Sustainability – FOH® is conducting its first carbon footprint assessment, covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, to better understand our environmental impact. By adhering to industry protocols, we ensure compliance with global sustainability standards. After the assessment, we will implement strategies to decarbonize our supply chain and adopt a company-wide sustainability policy. Our long-term vision includes establishing effective Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for our products to promote transparency and innovation in sustainable development.
