Sustainability
Define how Truly Good Foods is driving sustainability changes across the company?
Sustainability has always been something we take seriously as a food manufacturer and distributor. We have a large bulk offering of products as a sustainable and more affordable way to snack without plastic packaging. As a new participant in the EcoVadis program, we look forward to working together to find ways to be more sustainable as a company and business partner.
Long Term Goals
What are your company’s long-term goals related to diversity and sustainability?
While progress has been made, there is still a gap with diverse leadership in the hospitality industry. The recipe for success lies in cultivating an environment that encourages diversity, inclusivity and equal opportunities. For us, one of the most impactful ways to be a catalyst for equality is to serve as a role model and mentor for others. Our owners regularly participate in a variety of events focused on women- and minority-owned businesses, offering feedback and support to new entrepreneurs. For sustainability, we will be building out our long-term goals and strategies in coordination with our customer needs. Aligning with one of our key values, captivate customers, it is always important for us to anticipate needs and bring value to our customers and end consumers.
